el shaddai is pretty
Jan. 20th, 2012 01:52 pmHave mainly been replaying Final Fantasy X and watching Battlestar Galactica for the first time (late to fandom lol). Realised that Auron and Papa Adama (as opposed to Baby Adama) actually look a lot alike. Cannot unsee.
We had our first appointment with the obstetrician yesterday, which was overall pretty good. It took forever, but they gave us a bunch of goodies, and everyone was really nice. We had to get a couple of blood tests done to see if we were carriers for some disorders, but apparently that's routine, so I'm not too worried. If something like that did come up, we'd handle it, but there's no point in getting freaked out about it prematurely!
On the negative side, my stomach is getting really noticeably big and I feel really crappy and self-conscious :/ Especially since I'm too sick/drained all the time to exercise very much.
Watching Theo play El Shaddai right now, as he's in a bit of a snit with Skyrim, something to do with a skeleton. It's amazingly pretty - I've never seen anything quite like it. I actually really want to show it to my dad, but he's still away overseas.
